Shipping and Returns

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Eligible unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. To request a return, please contact us here with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided to you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time. All sale and promotional items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery here so we can assist you.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume launch periods. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier processing times. Please note that during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Once an order has shipped, SAVÉA is not responsible for carrier transit delays. At this time, SAVÉA ships within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate prior to placing your order. SAVÉA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears to be missing, we recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office. If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at support@saveahair.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
